I’m very impressed with the new maintenance company. The guy they sent round to fix the shower was extremely professional. He did the job quickly, then tested it out by getting under the facet, asking me to watch so I could verify that all was to my satisfaction. I was delighted by what I saw, and totally bowled over by what came next. Apparently an hour had been scheduled for the job and there were still 30 minutes to go. He was on probation, and keen to get good feedback from the clients. Was there anything else he could do to be of service? Satisfaction would be a top priority.
