Whilst Brighton will be the backdrop to the series, as London is for The Wild Side - Polar, like Angus, is from north of the border, although this particular Jock is only half Celt - the rest being 'a mix of mongrel Brazilian genetics'.
In some ways Polar is the 'poor man's Angus'. Physically, he is not as big in every respect, and he has his imperfections, like wrinkles in his brow and a few grey hairs. His rundown club is a dive by his own admission, although Polar has ambition to improve himself. He has no slaves, but there are men he can call on, with plenty of connections in the city. He is a man with worries and pressure in his life, but h. There is no 'boyfriend' or special slave like Paddy McGuire - but there is Tucker, his trusty second in command - another top like Polar, who most certainly does NOT put out for his boss.
So Polar is now created. And his first adventure has been written and released. Polar North and... The Brighton Storm is now available. I await with baited breath on the reaction to this very personal endeavour.
